When to use it
If you notice something is not quite right, emotionally or in your behavior, it may need attention. As a mentor, Andrea can assist with direction and practical tools to bring you back to balance. We also focus on short-term strategies to prevent damage during and immediately after the experience of trauma - Face ot Face or on the Phone.
Professionals that assist
We work with children, adults, couples and families to better relate to themselves and others while fostering healthy thinking and positive behavior. This may require learning to manage and express feelings and develop skills to effectively respond to those experiencing distress.
Referrals are a part of our duty of care and we make sure you are directed to the best and appropriate service provider should you need.
