How we do it

Initial Assessment - This initial session is to assess and evaluate the best approach to use in your treatment/therapy.


Mind Set Success Hypnosis has been developed as a 3-stage program to achieve optimum results.


Session One explores exactly what you are working towards (goal setting), and teaches specific breath work and a self-hypnosis technique which will engage the process.

This is a tool you can use for the rest of your life.


Session Two includes full hypnosis by the facilitator. There is a specific induction, followed by a tailored script and a customized post-hypnotic suggestion that is designed to work specifically for you.


Session Three is the final hypnosis session which uses an embedded command and anchor to ensure completion and total success.Some results can be achieved with one/two sessions - Ask if this can apply to your therapy.
